to live there, and Ellie’s ready to pay in cash.
Lynette finds Tom getting mad at
the twins, who are washing
dishes. Tom doesn’t think they’re suffering enough. He suggests they go to
therapy but Lynette thinks they can handle it in house. Tom agrees but wants
the next month to be like boot camp for them.
Susan and Julie arrive at Lamaze class. Everyone
else is
with someone. Julie comes back in
to the class and tells Susan that Karl’s brought his very pregnant wife. Susan

by 10. Katherine wants to meet Dylan’s boy but Dylan says no. She meets up with
her dad Wayne outside.
Gabrielle can’t find her nail file; she knocks on Ellie’s
door to get one and finds her with a man. Gaby says it can wait til morning.
She returns to her bedroom and tells Carlos this is the second guy in Ellie’s
room that night. She hears the man leaving, and goes to apologize to Ellie, but
finds Ellie counting money.
Mrs. McCluskey asks Lynette if she’s seen Ida’s
cat, who’s
missing. She hasn’t. The twins are working outside as Lynette overhears them
discussing a girl having convinced them to start the fire. Who? It turns out to be
Kayla. Lynette
confronts Kayla. She didn’t start the fire. She claims she was joking about it.
Lynette doesn’t think it’s good for Kayla to have done it. Kayla agrees that
someone needs to be punished; she’s glad the twins are being punished, as they
need to learn.
ACT THREE
Susan shows up at Lamaze class again, this time with Mike,
and this time dressed up. Susan pretends to be surprised that Karl’s there, til
Mike confronts her and she admits that Karl was throwing his good life in her
face. She just wants Mike to spin his life for Karl. Mike meets Karl and his
wife Marisa. Mike and Susan talk up their life . . . the parties they attend,
his work . . . and all is good til Mike brings up being clean of drugs for 30
days. Karl makes a snide comment about this to Susan.
Lynette’s told Tom what happened.
She thinks Kayla needs
professional help. Tom calls Lynette out for her apparent hypocrisy. Lynette
suggests Kayla’s mom was kind of a psycho, which doesn’t go well with Tom, who
thinks there shouldn’t be therapy.
Bree comes home to find Orson outside, he’s
been thinking .
. . and drinking. He’s prepared to
go to the police. He’s to say he was sleepwalking when he drove the car. Bree
doesn’t like this and Orson ends up sobbing on her arm. Edie drives up and Bree
asks her to take Orson home. Orson doesn’t want to go to his motel so Edie says
he’s to sleep on her couch.
Gabrielle wants Bob and Lee’s help with Ellie.
She wants
them to solicit Ellie, Bob doesn’t want to do it but Lee does, though Gabrielle
thinks Bob is more butch. She doesn’t care who does it but just wants it done.

upset Mike told Karl about his drug secret. She
thinks he could be honest without saying too much. Mike cares about battling
his addiction, and doesn’t care what Karl thinks of him.

she
doesn’t care for. She wants Kayla to share her feelings with someone. Kayla
doesn’t think she has trouble telling right from wrong; Lynette disagrees. As
they wait, Kayla suggests she’ll tell the police what happened, as that was a
crime. The doctor comes out to take Kayla but Lynette says the problem’s been
resolved.
Gabrielle and Bob are on the phone talking to each other as
Lee comes out of his house and approaches Ellie. Gaby thinks he’s not butch
enough. Ellie doesn’t like Lee’s trying to solicit her and she kicks Lee! Gaby
has to admit she thought Ellie was a hooker and passed the test. Ellie storms
away, mad that Gabrielle thought she was a whore. Ellie confesses to . . .
doing tattoos! She’s working downtown, but her boss takes most of her money.
Gaby doesn’t think Ellie has to go and gets Ellie to forgive her. Back in
Ellie’s room, we see she has drugs.
Bree comes over to Edie’s to talk to her
and learns Orson
slept on her couch. Bree’s not comfy with that happening in the future. Bree
reminds Edie of her past with Mike, Karl, and Carlos. Edie doesn’t like this as
she claims to not be attracted to Orson, but is mad at the insinuation and
slams the door in Bree’s face.

using an umbrella as a parachute and hints they should try it. Lynette and Tom
continue to argue; they hear a noise and find one of the twins needs to go to
the hospital after jumping off the roof! As Lynette's leaving to the hospital, she sees Kayla.
Karl
and Susan are again at the Lamaze class, this time both
alone. He again tries to throw his
good life into her face and she calls him on it. Karl admits he and his wife
have problems like anyone else, but Susan thinks her problems are worse, which
is not what she wants right before she has a baby. Karl reminds her she was
with an unreliable guy before, but at least Mike’s trying to be honest about
his failings now. He thinks Mike will be there for Susan in a way he wasn’t.
Mrs.
McCluskey asks Bree and Katherine about the missing
cat; Bree’s to help look in a bit. Bree tells Katherine she’ll let Orson come
home eventually. Dylan’s going out again, and Katherine says she doesn’t know Dylan’s
guy’s name yet. Katherine wants to pick up her work business later, as she’s
going to spy on Dylan.
Wayne and Dylan are at the restaurant together; he can tell
the secrecy is hard on Katherine and wishes to tell the truth, but it’s Dylan’s
choice. He’d come clean if he was her, so he could tell Katherine how sorry he
was. Dylan grabs onto her dad’s hand. Katherine is watching this from outside.
ACT SIX
Orson tells Edie he’s
found a new motel, but she suggests he
stay another night, as he makes a decent martini. As he pours another drink, he
says he made a mistake and Bree won’t forgive him. Edie says that people other
than Bree screw up, but Orson isn’t sure she’ll ever forgive him. He thinks
he’s worthy of being forgiven. They sit close to each other on the couch as
they drink and she ends up kissing him; he pulls out and both think it’s a bad
idea. Bree’s seen all of this from outside.
Dylan wants to talk to Katherine. Dylan
admits she’s lied
about having a boy, as she’s been meeting her father. Katherine doesn’t seem
upset, as she prepared herself for that day. Dylan goes and gets her father.
When Dylan goes upstairs so Wayne and Katherine can catch up, Katherine kneads
her dough. Katherine doesn’t believe Wayne’s there for Dylan, even as he claims
to be a different man. She says she’s a different person now too…she’s not
scared of him anymore. She’s not
like she was when he hit and punched her. He thinks she’s trying to make him
mad. He’s sorry for springing this on her all at once, and leaves. After he’s
gone, we see she had a gun on her.
